In regard to hygiene, the used textiles, which are property of the massage practice, are cleaned after each treatment.
Your personal and medical information will never be disclosed to third parties without your written consent.
Before the start of the initial treatment, a number of questions will be asked regarding your sporting and/or medical history.
If there is any doubt about an existing condition or injury, I may discontinue the treatment and refer you to a doctor. Subsequent treatments are possible once your doctor approves.
If you are already under the care of a doctor, therapist, specialist, or other healthcare provider, I may ask you to consult with them to determine if a massage can be applied during the treatment period.
Please inform me before the massage if I need to take into account any medication or treatment prescribed by a doctor, therapist, specialist, or other healthcare provider. In some cases, adjustments to the treatment may be necessary.
ZenSessions is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings.
ZenSessions is not responsible for damage and/or injury resulting from withholding medical information such as physical and/or mental conditions, pregnancy, injuries, and medication use.
ZenSessions reserves the right to refuse clients if they are under the influence of mind-altering substances or otherwise give rise to contraindications.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises of ZenSessions.
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, we will work with you to reschedule a suitable new appointment. If an appointment is canceled later than 24 hours in advance, ZenSessions reserves the right to charge a fee equivalent to the full treatment cost, excluding any discounts, gift certificates, and/or vouchers.
If you have made an appointment but are not present at the agreed time, ZenSessions reserves the right to charge a fee equivalent to the full treatment cost, excluding any discounts, gift certificates, and/or vouchers.
